Li' Scrappy- Shawty Hell

I've always thought Lil' Scrappy had potential, but only got to show it on his classic "No Problems" and a few of the tracks when he first got signed to G-Unit. I was surprised to hear this, I didn't think Scrappy would ever drop a softer track about women. Catchy beat though, check it out Here.

Rich Boy- Drop

A sick club beat. Sounds like A Milli if it was produced by Timbaland. I'm a fan of raw club beats though so I'm kinda feelin' this. Polow Da Don production on this one. Check it out Here.

Another sick future release from Nike SB. I'm not usually a huge mid fan, but this colorway is sick, looks like a pair of Jordans. These should be released in Spring '09. Check em out at Nikesb.org

Part of the ninja turtles pack, this SB has been named the mosquito dunk. This Sb dunk low will be released as a quickstrike for November 2008. The colorway is sick, definitely crazier than anything that SB has released in awhile.

I don't know about you, but when shoes like these and the Air Penny's are retroed and re-released, it just reminds me of playing basketball as a kid. I remember a few kids at Marist basketball camp rockin' these. I wanted em so bad, but my parents wouldnt spend over $100 on sneakers, for obvious reasons. Joe Budden.... what can I say, Underrated. He has been going hard on the mixtape scene ever since he "fell off" after his studio release, do to a giant success on his first commercial mega-hit "Pump It Up". Ever since, he has stuck to his more raw style, as shown on this track. Check it out Here.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium

A fantastic colorway for the airforce 1. The brown/black plaid looks great, and goes well since plaid is used in many clothing collections this fall and winter. The white midsole is also a great addition, making the shoe look super clean. I need these!

Kanye West- Coldest Winter

AHH the CDQ version. I'm REALLY feeling this track. Every track that leaks off 808s & Heartbreak gets me more excited for this album drop. Check it out here

Another interesting track off the forthcoming concept album, 808s and heartbreak. This album is going to be insane. A really strange sound on this one, I'm sure it'll catch on anyway. Check it out Here

Coldplay Feat Jay-Z- Plus

I love collaborations like this. One of the biggest rock bands in awhile and one of the biggest rappers of our time, on a single track. With organs laid over a deep hip hop bassline, its definitely an enjoyable track. Jay-Z transcends hip-hop once again! Check it out here

Damien Hirst X Levi's Release

Damien Hirst, the extremely successful and rather unique contemporary artist, collaborated with Levi's to make this clothing collection. Very exciting, considering all the buzz around Hirst and the record $200 million he raked in at Sotheby's art auction in London last month. This collection, as with much of his art, has a central theme of death. Definitely some dark designs, especially the t-shirts. Check em out Here at Hypebeast. 

Ludacris- I Do It For Hip-Hop

More new luda! This guy has been in the game for a minute now, has won three Grammy's, dropped five albums, and is the highest selling southern rap artist of all time. His forthcoming album, titled Theatre Of Mind is bound to be great, if not a classic. Check this track out here, real rap!

Here are some fresh jackets from skateboard apparel co. Kr3w. Several pieces are designed by members of the Kr3w skate team. Interesting use of materials from this season's favorite plaid to wool and leather. The looks range from letterman jackets to military and even peacoat styles. Wow I just spotted these on Hypebeast. The Dunkle, one of the rarest and personally one of my favorite SB Dunk highs, was combined with an Air Force 1 sole. Chi McBride, actor and shoe connoisseur these himself. designed Rediculous. These will never hit stores but they are definitely a crazy hybrid to check out.

Nike SB Brazil Customs

These Nike SB Brazil customs look pretty sick, especially the purple accented ones. Unfortunately they will only be released in Brazil. Therefore, you will have to either buy them on ebay after they drop for a high price, or just ask J.G. Braga from the basketball team to pick up a pair for you when he goes home for summer break.

Life's precious....

I met this other kid the other night. He seemed like just a normal college kid. He went to SUNY albany. He joined us for some drinking. I didn't get to know him really well, but he was cool as hell. He even hooked me up with one of his beers. He just wanted to have a good time. Well I heard in the news this morning that a SUNY albany student was shot in the head. Turned out that student was this kid I had just met last thursday. He was just walking on the sidewalk, minding his own business, but some thugs had to take his life. He's gone now and never coming back. He never got to have a family or even live to graduate college. 

I just gotta say, life can end like that, in the blink of an eye. Never take your life for granted. 

R.I.P. man. I hope heaven is hookin' you up with free Milwaukee's Beasts all day haha. Nice meeting you too, never got to say that.
